  • 5★★★★★ - "I'm disabled and I can't get in my other tub ‘cause if I get it in, I can hardly get out or I can hardly get in it. It's also hard when standing up for so long and taking showers. My husband also has bad hips and bad knees. We needed something that we could get in and out to relax in. So when we had the money to do an Independent Home walk-in tub, we decided to get it done. We both needed the jets to relax our bodies and our muscles. I also have bad arthritis in my back, hips, neck, and shoulders. So we got it to help relieve some of the pain. I love the walk-in tub mostly. It's a way to get in there and just sit back and relax. The installers did a pretty good job. They had to move all the wire lines and everything. The old tub had a casing built around it and they had to take all of that down. So to me, it didn't really take them that long because it was a hard job. They got almost everything done the first day, and then the next day they were here not long. Then, the walk-in tub had a leak in it and they came out and fixed that. The guy was here for about 30 minutes and that was it. I've already recommended it to my best friend that I've known for over 30 years. She lives in a mobile home too and she's wanting one as soon as she gets the money."
